sunprint School is out for the summer and the kidlets are free to roam….and wear on your last nerve as they quickly become bored with their new-found freedom. So if you’re looking for cool projects to keep your kids occupied, here’s a great one. The Sunprint kit was designed by professors at UC-Berkeley and is a great way to generate your kidlet’s interest in science. Easy to use and offered at a price that won’t break the bank (just $7.50!)…now that’s my kind of project! Check it out at Kid O.

My daughter was having trouble with her 4 country-kids being bored… hot outside, terrible weather, etc. So I pulled together a list of a whole bunch of free online games and learning stuff that the kids could challenge themselves with. She liked it so much, she asked me to post it at my blog… which I did. You can see this stuff at:

Maybe the grandparents can help with some of these? And remember: It’s okay for them to be bored once in a while! It forces them to use their creativity and make up something to do. (The challenge is for the adults to endure the wait, while the pressure on their creativity builds!) ;-0
